Jeep tours are a famous way to explore Wadi Rum. Our guides are experienced, mostly born in the desert, they know the cradle that saw them born like their pocket.
They will take you aboard their 4×4 to offer you the most beautiful show, the discovery of the magic of this desert, like a safari tour you will crisscross the valleys and enjoy hair in the wind to admire the magnificent views of the whole desert.
You will have time to visit historical sites such as Nabataean inscriptions or the remains of the house of Lawrence of Arabia or sand dunes and narrow canyons with vertiginous walls. At each site your guide will give you explanations while giving you time to discover them by yourself!
Our desert is famous for its mythical mountains such as Jabal Burdah, Jabal Al-Hash & Jabal Umm Ad Dami. Hikers can discover these mountains with the help of their experienced guide who will show them the “safe” path and guide them to the summits with breathtaking views.
From the largest arch in the world, for the most adventurous who are not afraid to crap and try a little climbing (especially at the end of the course to access the arch, because yes it is deserved). Up to the highest peak of Jordan 1854m from where you will contemplate a 360-degree view of the entire desert on the borders with Saudi Arabia.
These hikes, which we can say are magical, are ways to add a little Adrenaline to your stay and all levels are available, jebel Al-Hash for example is easier to access and offers a view similar to its big sister jebel Umm Ad Dami.
The camel were once the traditional way for Bedouins to move around the desert, hence their nickname the ships of the desert.
This is how walks are offered through Wadi Rum. You will have the opportunity to discover magnificent landscapes in a slow and peaceful way, to feel the spirit of the desert and the authenticity of the Bedouin life through this mythical encounter with the emblematic desert animal : the camel.
We offer several options, from 1 hour of walk to several days.

Moment also of great conviviality and sharing with your guide, between the meal cooked over a wood fire and the stories shared around a good Bedouin tea. Far from the rest of the world you will be transported to a universe of fullness, communion with nature and authenticity, a return to joys and the essentials guaranteed!
Set back and isolated from the places of passage and the majority of camps, our camp enjoys a privileged location and will offer you the simplicity and tranquility you are looking for.
Only a dozen tents display the camp in order to preserve the privacy of the place and respect nature. We consider the desert as a sacred territory that we have at heart to protect, which is why you will not find in our camps a tent with private bathroom or air conditioning.
We are still one of the few camps in the area to resist this competition between the vast majority of them, eager to develop a more lucrative business that breaks with the spirit of Bedouin life. For our part, we have chosen simplicity to offer an authentic experience.
On site our cook will concoct typical dishes and take care with our team of guides to welcome you in the rules of the art of Bedouin hospitality. For us, the important thing is that you feel at home!
On the logistics side, the camp is equipped with solar panels, so you can charge your devices: telephone, camera in the large reception tent and also have light in each of your tents.
On the comfort side, all tents are secure and have beds, blankets and pillows. On the hygiene side, a common bathroom with toilets, sinks and showers with hot water (in winter you will appreciate it!)
