Burdah Rock Bridge

Burdah Arch, or the Burdah Rock Bridge, is indeed one of the three most famous arches of the Wadi Rum, alongside the Little Arch and the Um Frouth Rock Bridge.

Its fame is mainly due to its impressive size and position on the top of the left side of the Jabal Burdah. This imposing arch is visible from several points of view, during the full day jeep tour your guide will be showing you the arch, from down and from the other side of the valley.

Although the ascent of the arch is generally not included in jeep tours, it is a full-fledged hike that takes about an hour and a half to access it. This hike combines both walking and climbing, making it an ideal experience for adventurers looking for challenges.

Each stage of the ascent has its share of surprises, with sections where you will walk and others where you will have to use your hands to climb.

It is important to note that this activity is not recommended for people prone to vertigo, but it is generally appreciated by those who do not have this problem. The difficulty is considered intermediate, but the guides are used to adapting the pace to your level of comfort. During the ascent, you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of  Wadi Rum desert, and you will have the freedom to take breaks at any time to admire the landscape.
